In this tour, we ride from Manang to Mustang via Tilicho Lake (4919 M) and Thorong La Pass(5416 M). Throughout the entire trail, we'll be accompanied by stunning mountain sceneries, beautiful landscapes, and the warm hospitality of the local people. We will ride through the rugged trails, beautiful villages, high-altitude lakes, Buddhist monasteries, prayer flags, mani walls, alluring forests, temples, waterfalls, rivers, and valleys. The Round Annapurna trail is known for its rich culture as well. One gets the opportunity to interact with people of various ethnicities and religious backgrounds like Buddhists, Bon, Nature Worshippers, and Hindus. 

Our 18-day Annapurna Circuit and Tilicho Lake Mountain Biking Tour starts from Bhulbhule and ends at Beni. However, it can be customized according to your preferences. Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1350 M) and transfer to hotel

After your arrival in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed by one of our team members. He will take you to the hotel. In the evening. In the evening, you will meet with your guide who will brief you about the biking tour program.

Today you will ride around Kathmandu valley as a preparation for the biking tour. You will ride around the surrounding hills of the valley. In the evening, you will arrange gears and equipment for the biking tour.

Leaving Kathmandu behind, you will drive to Besi Sahar. The drive will be scenic and long.  After reaching Besisahar, you will be biking to Bhulbhule.

After having breakfast, you will start riding towards Chamje. Riding along the Marsyangdi river, beautiful villages of Gurung and Tamang, and uphill through the road tracks and forests with the view of beautiful waterfalls, you will reach Chamje.

Today the ride will be a little bit tough as you will ascend more than 1000 M. You will ride alongside the  Marsyandi river on the rugged road tracks. Riding through the cliffs and hills you will pass by a beautiful village called Tal. You will continue riding alongside the river and reach Dharapani where our guide will check in at ACAP's office. Then you will ride uphill crossing brides and through the beautiful forest of Rhododendron, Pine and Walnut. With the views of waterfalls, you will reach Timang. The wonderful view of Manaslu and Peak 29 can be seen from here.

After breakfast, you will start riding through the beautiful forest and villages like Thanchok and Koto. Koto is the entry point for the Nar Phu Valley Trek. Leaving these two villages behind you will reach the headquarter of Manang District, Chame. Then you will cross the Marsyandi river and continue riding.  During the ride, you can see a huge apple plantation at Bhratang. Riding through the road tracks, forest, and crossing a couple of bridges you will reach Dhukurpokhari. From here to Manang, the landscapes are wide and open like a valley with views of mountains. Then you will ride until Lower Pisang.

Today the ride will be a little bit easy. You will ride on flat dry land alongside the river by crossing a bride and with a little bit of uphill, you will reach Deuralidada (3486 M).  Then you will ride through the pine forest on flat land and pass by Humde village and airport. By crossing a bridge over the Marsyangdi river and riding along the rugged road tracks, you will leave Munchi and Braka village behind. Braka is a small village with ancient monasteries. Continuing the ride, you will arrive at Manang.

Today, you explore the beautiful Manang village. There are many short excursions nearby this place. You can visit Gangapurna Lake, Ice lake (4600 M), or hike to one of the hills from where stunning views of Mt. Gangapurna can be seen. You can also spend time relaxing and enjoying the food & environment.

Leaving Manag behind, you will begin riding towards the gorgeous Tilicho Base Camp. The track will be rideable. Upon reaching Tilicho Base Camp, you will visit Tilicho Lake from where you can see the breathtaking view of nature.

Today, the trails are short. After having breakfast, you will drop down to Yak Kharka where you will be spending the night. Before that, if you want you can also visit Tilicho Lake early morning and back to the same trail to Yak Kharka.

The trail today ascends to Phedi. Riding through small villages often on a rugged trail, you will reach Phedi. On the way, you will also get to see a lovely view of the mountains. Phedi is a small village situated just below Thorong Phedi.

You will wake up early in the morning today and ascend towards the top of Thorong La Pass. The trail will be windy, rocky, and steep. Even though the trail is challenging upon reaching the top, you will get to see spectacular mountain views on both sides and the landscape. After spending time here, you will descend to Muktinath, one of the holiest pilgrimage sites of Hindus.

Today, you will visit the Muktinath Bazar souvenir shops around near. After that, you will have a warm breakfast and begin riding towards Marpha. Marpha is a very famous Thakali village known for its delicious apples. Before reaching Marpha, you will via Lupra where you will visit a Bon Po monastery and pass by Jomsom, Syang village, and finally to Marpha.

The trail today will further drop down to Tatopani through small villages and forests. The path will be a rideable and easy comparison to other days. In Tatopani, there are natural hot springs where you can relax and loosen your muscles and nerves.
