About Langtang Valley Trek with Yala Peak Climbing

The Langtang Valley Trek with Yala Peak Climbing is an epic adventure that perfectly combines trekking and an easy climb. The trek takes you to beautiful high valleys nestled amidst towering peaks.

The Langtang Valley Trek with Yala Peak Climbing is an ideal introductory trip for anyone wanting to get into high-altitude climbing. The trekking peak, which stands at an altitude of 5500 meters, is an easy one with a mixed terrain of snow and rocks. It requires mostly scrambling through the rocky sections and ridges. Yala Peak can be climbed within 3 days from Kyanjin Gompa, the nearest village. The 360-degree view from the summit is worth the climb. The view of the valleys and mountains, including the 8027 meters high peak, Shishapangma, is breathtaking. Other notable mountains seen from the summit are Langtang Lirung (7227 M), Tserko Peak (5749 M), Dorje Lakpa (6966 M), Gangchempo (6378 M), Naya Kanga (5857 M), Langshisa Ri (6560 M), etc.

The journey to this beautiful yet adventurous trip starts from Syabrubesi, the usual starting point of the Langtang Valley Trek. The trek then follows the Langtang Khola passing through lush forests, suspension bridges, and various settlements, and interacting with friendly locals. As it reaches higher, the valley widens, welcoming you with spectacular views of the surrounding areas and the towering peaks. You often cross paths with mules carrying loads of goods for the lodges and teahouses.

Our Langtang Valley Trek with Yala Peak Climbing Itinerary is 15 days, including 3 days for the Yala Peak (5500 M). The best part is that the itinerary can be modified to suit your time frame, fitness level, and other preferences. Just let us know, and we will create the best one for you.
