Booking and Cancellation

The mentioned Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you (client) and Yak Ru Adventure Pvt Ltd. (Register Company Number). Make sure to go thoroughly through the contract and note that by booking a trip with us, you are accepting to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as well as the cancellation policy and certain limitations of liability. Both parties agree to these Terms and Conditions to resolve any legal or other disputes that may arise during the trip.

A trip includes any of our services you use. It includes Tours, Trekking, or any other outdoor programs.

Your booking will only be confirmed and becomes sure if you receive a confirmation invoice or email by Yak Ru Adventure Pvt Ltd. From this very moment, the contract between the Company and the Client comes into existence.

The company holds the right to increase or decrease service/package price unless your booking is approved and a contract comes into force.

*Note - Company will not hold accountability for any insurance agreement, warranty, description of services, prior agreement, or conditions, other than as stated within the contract.

Booking and Payment Methods: Open the online payment link and fill the form with the selected destination and departure dates and send it to us.


The trip deposit can be made by bank transfer, by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and western union:

30% of the total paying is required at least two months in advance for confirmation of a tour/trek booking. The remaining payment can be made after your arrival.

Note: - Bank service charges should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.


Cancellation Policy:

Treks & tours booked and subsequently canceled are subject to cancellation charges as follows:-

- 60 days prior: No cancellation charge,

- Within 30/59 days: 30%,

- Within 15/29 days: 40%,

- Within 8/14 days: 75%,

- Less than a week: 100%,

There will be no refund for the incomplete tour,


Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is compulsory for all Clients undertaking any tour, trek, climbing it must be protected by insurance themselves that covers cancellation,for the full duration of the tour to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, and loss of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects.

Passport and Visas

All clients must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the return date. Nepalese visas can be obtained from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas costs are the sole responsibility of clients.


If you have any subject of a complaint about the trip/tour, you must inform your trip or tour guide or team leader, the earliest opportunity who will take the appropriate action or inform the company.
